New! Christian Meditation Group

Christian meditation is an ancient way of prayer that opens us to God in silence and stillness. Each group includes a brief teaching or reflection on Christian meditation, a period of meditation, and sharing on how the practice meets us in daily life. Beginners are welcome – no meditation experience is necessary! Led by Pastor Matt.

Date: Wednesdays at 5:30PM • Chapel
Faith250 • April 30 • 7PM
At St. John's Episcopal Church

The focus will be on our American core values of freedom, equality and honesty. We'll be talking about a sermon by Frederick Douglass, "What to a Slave is the 4th of July?"
