Pastor Nominating Committee

The Pastor Nominating Committee has been very active and continues its efforts in the search for our new Senior Pastor / Head of Staff.  Here are a few highlights since our last monthly update.

In this last month…

• Reviewed seven more resumes / profiles for a total of approximately 90 candidates that have been considered
• Watched sermons of two more candidates for a total of 20 candidate’s sermons
• Conducted two additional initial / screening interviews, one more second round interview, and one third round interview
• Modified the matching criteria in the CLC system to ensure that all viable candidates have been vetted
• Engaged the Presbytery to provide additional information for candidates
