Pastor Nominating Committee Update

The Pastor Nominating Committee has been very active and continues its efforts in the search for our new Senior Pastor / Head of Staff.  Here are a few highlights since our last monthly update.

• Responded to two self-referred candidates who posted their interest in the Church Leadership Connection (CLC) system.  We have approximately 90 candidates in our candidate list.
• Partnered with the Personnel Committee to review staff feedback gathered during this year’s performance review process to ensure alignment with our PNC search criteria.
• Consulted with the Presbytery to develop an estimated timeline for 2025 key activities.  Please note that after the PNC selects the finalist for our new Senior Pastor / Head of Staff, it may take several weeks before the candidate is formally introduced for congregational approval.
• Created a financial forecast for 2025 for PNC related expenses.
