PURPOSE:
To work with several local churches from the Clintonville/Beechwold, Dublin and Worthington area to build safe, comfortable and affordable housing for low income Franklin County families. Our group is known as the Worthington Partnership.
BACKGROUND:
Habitat for Humanity-MidOhio, based in Columbus, Ohio, started in 1987, and has partnered with a broad coalition of individuals, businesses and churches to serve more than 300 families in Franklin and Licking counties. The Worthington Partnership had its start in 1992 and volunteers from Worthington Presbyterian Church have helped build 24 houses since then.
BRIEF PRAYER:
By wisdom a house is built,
And by understanding it is established
(Proverbs 24:3)
And by understanding it is established
(Proverbs 24:3)
